The article highlights the main problems associated with the organization of financial planning in the forestry enterprises of the country, and identifies the factors that limit the use of financial planning in forestry enterprises. Based on the research, the main goals, objectives and functions of the system of financial control of forestry enterprises as a factor of strategic planning implementation and management are revealed. The stages of establishing a system of financial control of forestry enterprises have been formed and concrete measures have been proposed to implement a system of control over the main financial indicators.
