The role of the leader in corporate culture

The article deals with the concept of the corporate culture of the enterprise, as well as the influence of manager’s nature on the activities of the enterprise. The task of the manager is to create an internal environment at the enterprise that would support the desired type of behavior of both the individual and groups of employees. The main characteristics of the head of the enterprise that influence the formation of corporate culture are singled out: personal, professional, social, marketing qualities, value orientations, manager’s personal mission. This led to the conclusion that cultural values, even among those who adhere to them, do not guarantee a successful outcome. Therefore, cultural values should be complemented by cultural norms that dictate the behavior of team members. The relationship between the personality of the leader, the corporate culture and the efficiency of the enterprise activity is established. The qualities of a leader’s personality and the style of personnel management are those factors directly influencing the formation of the corporate culture.

Guarantees of strategic development in the field of culture

The artcle is aimed at exploring the system for strategic management of financial provision of the cultural insttutons and the factors infuencing its formaton. The artcle analyzes the methods of management of the institutons of culture during the collapse of the Soviet Union and the formaton of Ukraine’s independence, which allows to conclude that today’s culture management model has undergone some changes. If during the period of the collapse of the Soviet Union and the formaton of independence the factor for stable decline was the ideology of the Communist Party, now the main motvators are the processes of the European integraton and globalizaton, which became an overriding factor for development of the cultural sector towards the decentralizaton. Prospect for further research will be developing a model of strategic management of the fnancial resources of the cultural insttutons, which will be tailored to the specifcs of the culture of region and will enable to structure the fnancial resources for the successful actvity in the market conditons.

Strategy of monetary targeting: experience of foreign countries

The article presents the results of the research on the history of monetary strategy development at the end of the twentieth century in foreign countries. Examples of positive anti-inflationary effects in these countries, achieved through the targeting of monetary aggregates, provided recommendations on the implementation and application of the monetary targeting strategy in the Ukrainian banking system.

Upravlinna institutional investment in the regional rivini in the mind of decentralization

The article analyzes the cultural, spiritual and historical heritage of the city of Nizhyn. A list of monuments and historical sights is given. Also ten wonders of the city are mentioned. The author suggests some ways to improve the infrastructure of the city of Nezhin, lists the available land and engineering infrastructure reserves. The great intellectual and professional potential of the city, as well as a favorable transport connections and geographical location are noted. All these factors contribute to the potential investment attractiveness of the city of Nizhyn.

Foreign investments as the carrier of innovations in the domestic economy of the second half of the xixth-the beginning of xx centuries

This article about foreign investment in the domestic economy of the second half of the 19-at the beginning of the 20th century.Usually, foreign investment is viewed as a factor of the economic development of the national economy. This article explores innovations, which brought the foreign capital into the Ukrainian economy in the 19-20th century. Such innovations as new technologies, new methods of organization of production and management, using of new types of raw materials for the domestic economy are exploring in this article. We also examined the impact of foreign investment on the change in the sectoral structure of the domestic economy, the creation of new industries.The results of these innovations were the increase in labor productivity in the main sectors of the economy and the increase in the competitiveness of products and the economy.

Multi-level digital interactive education-training platform for transborder innovation-oriented co-development

Based on analysis of modern tendencies in educational sphere and innovation experience; a new model of “triple integration” for Innovation eLearning is presented and a transborder multi-level digital educational-training platform for its realization as well. This proposal is integrated in framework of the Ukrainian-Slovak International Center for Innovations and technology transfer and may be used as a base for joint R&D and for development of the pilot project for innovative education and educational innovation.
